Yoga Retreats
For a complete beginner: A two week programme - minimum stay one week required.
Arrival day : Any Saturday of the month.
Departure day : Next Sunday or a week later.
Those beginners who has no 2 weeks available, may arrive on any Saturday of the month and then depart on Next Sunday. Minimum days of stay is a week to admitted in the retreat.
For those who are already familiar with Yoga practice :

Departure day : Any day
Minimum days of stay is 3 days to get admitted in the retreat.

The daily course donation includes food, accommodation, tuition as per the daily schedule shown below and the use of ashram facilities.
Course Details
Immerse yourself in the basics of yoga. Ideal for those new to yoga or those who wish to make sure they are well aligned in their asana and pranayama practice, this course is a step-by-step complete introduction to the basics of yoga.
The course offers extensive guided practice as well as theory studies and follows the five points of yoga created by Swami Vishnudevananda for health and inner peace:
• Proper Exercise – Yoga asanas
• Proper Breathing - Pranayama
• Proper Relaxation - Savasana
• Proper Diet - Vegetarianism - Satvic diet
• Positive Thinking and Meditation – Vedanta & Dhyana
The Yoga Retreats are open to all levels of yoga aspirants who wish to deepen their knowledge and application of some of the teachings of yoga. Participants do not need to be a yoga teacher.
Those who are completely new to Yoga need to arrive on 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month, when the teachings are given as beginners.
Aspirants of advanced levels are very welcome to attend the advanced hatha yoga classes provided at the same time, as part of the course.
Families with children are always welcome at the Yoga Retreats, in this case parents are expected to provide supervision for their children
Minimum number of stay required is 3 days to get admitted in the Yoga Retreat programme.
If one is interested to stay in the ashram for more than Two weeks, please enquire the possibility / availability of space.
Daily Schedule
• Attendance at all activities is mandatory.
Changes in the program may occur from time to time as per the prevailing conditions.

To finish the formality of registration:
Indian nationals : Need to send a non-refundable deposit of donation for three days.
Non-Indian or non-resident Indian nationals : Need to send a non-refundable deposit of donation for three days.
Please note:
Course donations are non-refundable, however any unused amount may be transferred, minus an administration fee, to another course within one year of the original course starting date. Or a credit note may be issued minus the administration fee. Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue and can be used for any other courses/ programs or for anybody recommended by the depositor and also for boutique items or any other supplementary services.

All the courses are taught in English, there is currently no translation facility available into any other language.
Dates and donations are subject to change without notice.
For all programs, guests are subject to the suggested donation in effect at the time of final payment.
To maintain the spiritual atmosphere we ask all ashram guests to comply with the ashram rules.
